High efficiency and high precision CNC gear shaping machine of this series equipped with nice and environmental protection full guard adopt the longitudinal layout and their radial feed is performed by the transverse entire column. Gears of modules from 0.125mm to 10mm can be accommodated and the machining accuracy can read Grade 6 of the GB Standard(GB/T10095.1-2008). Typical work-pieces such as internal gears in the deep holes and the cluster gears can be machined when a slide-type saddle is equipped on the machine. Non-circular gears, tri-angle-shape internal gears used in the internal  gear pumps and special gears can be cut when special equipment.

The machine are suitable for the single-job or small-lot production and preferable for the mass production on the production line.
